this is Shane who bought your white a4 just writing to thank you for
everything. the service you offer is very
professional and highly recommendable. at
first the high mileage was a worry but once
I'd spoken to you on the phone i knew this was
a place to be trusted. the cars running great
and im loving my conversion to diesel. the
Audi's saving me so much on fuel costs I have
enough to spend on luxury things mostly for
the Audi

I bought my 2001 A6 Avant 2.5TDi quattro sport
at the end of December 2005. The car is great
but what has really pleased me is the no
quibble attitude to dealing with problems. An
initial problem in the first month that was
traced to a wheel bearing was repaired at my
local garage and I was promptly reimbursed.
However a problem causing a severe loss of
power that proved a lot more difficult to
track down involved started about 2 months
after purchase. Both my local garages that
have looked after the last 4 VAG cars we have
owned were unable to solve the problem over a
4 week period. By this time driving had become
somewhat tortuous, so a business trip to
London was used to get the car back. Despite
arriving very late in the evening for both
delivery and collection, I was met and got a
courtesy car for the day and the problem was
traced and fixed in the first couple of hours.
Having had the car for almost 3 months and
nearly 10,000 miles I was expecting a bit of
haggling over the cost. What I did get was an
apology for the problem, and no charge. You
can’t ask for more.
We need to replace our aging A4 Tdi this year
so we’ll be back.

At last, the awaited comment on Audi
Diesels!! All the past comments have covered
everything that I and my husband was concerned
about. i.e. high mileage, secondhand car
dealers!!! We had been looking at the website
for ages, and thought we'd give them a go.
The minute we got there, Dominics little
smiley face greeted us AND THAT WAS IT....no
pressure, really, really helpful, and good
sense of humour. A car was sorted, a deal was
done. We are now the proud owners of an A4
Avant 1.9 tdi Sport 130 bhp., which we
purchased in October 2005. Apart from a few
small hic-cups, which was purely down to the
fault of my husband (us women have to make
comments like that!!!) and were sorted quite
quickly, the car is a dream. We have been
used to a small sports car, which holds the
road really well, so was more than impressed
by the way the Avant Sport handled. I also
had to smile, when having to get out the way
quickly, I left my head behind at the
acceleration. (Wasn't expecting it). SO,
anyone out there looking for an Audi, You HAVE
to try Audi Diesels first. You won't be
disappointed. You too, will also be adding
your comments to this page, I guarantee! (I
thought they had written them all
themselves). Wishing Audi Diesels all the
best for the future. Will catch-up with you
soon.

Hi Dom
We left lakeside at 11.45 and were home for 6.30
so had a good run. The car is absolutely superb
and I have been raving about it ever since we
picked it up. I am extremely impressed with Audi
Diesels and would certainly recommend you to
anyone looking for one of these fantastic
vehicles. It was the smoothest vehicle purchase
we have experienced so many thanks for that. I
said that we would see you in a couple of years
for a replacement however I like the A4 that
much that it may be quite hard to part with it!

wife Mary but as I love driving it when we are
both out together then I usually insist on

cars but you were actually a pleasure to deal
with because you are a genuinely honest guy who
tells it how it really is. Everything you said
you would do to the car before handover was done
and more. Cannot fault you. I have no hesitation

It's now a year ago since we bought our beloved
A4 Avant 1.9 TDi , just wanted to say a big
thank you for all your help when we purchased
our car. We obviously had reservations about
buying a second hand Audi , and from an internet
site! but you guys were great, nothing was too
much trouble the car was a special present for
my 40th birthday from Rob (my husband) , the car
was immaculate when we picked it up and you had
helped make my birthday surprise extra special
by organising the private plates and not
forgetting the Audi teddy bear .We also brought
the car back in the summer for its service, Yet
again you both were incredibly helpful.
Have loved driving the car, and have even
allowed the dogs in the back ! but I still don't
let Rob drive the car much! The car is
everything and more than we thought it would be
from when we first saw it on your web site,

Hi Guys,
Apologies for the length of time its taken for
me to get a thank you note back to you. Would
have been much sooner but since I bought my A4
Avant 1.9 TDi Estate I have been touring Western
Ireland and the South West Coast of France.
Since I bought the car in July, I've put about
8k on the clock and have not had a single
problem. It's been fantastic, averaging 50
-60mpg and driving like dream. Thanks guys,
great service and when the time comes to get
another Audi I know where I'll be coming.

Hi Rick,
I bought an a4 tdi from you on feb 12 this year
.As you know we had some difficulty with the
exhaust system. While there have been a few
vibrations coming in to the car, it was initially
feared that the problem was a cat converter.
Having since had the matter rechecked thoroughly i
can confirm that the problem is not in fact the
cat but simply a vibration requiring a loosening
off of the entire exhaust system. I hope to have
this matter addressed at the next service.
You may recall I was a bit concerned that this was
going to cost me a fortune but alas my
difficulties proved groundless.
I want to apologise to you for this and to let you
know that aside from this minor problem, the car
has been a joy. It's acceleration, economy, and
sturdiness on variable road surfaces as I drive in
city and on atrocious roads in the countryside
have led me to suspect that I'll be driving an
Audi for a long time to come. The duty is a bit a
bit of a stinger when you bring them in from the
UK but the higher specification, FSH and level of
finish makes it worthwhile.
Thanks for your help. I'll see you in a couple of
years.

I spent a long time looking for the right Audi
diesel, and Rick and Dominic certainly came up
with the goods. An excellently specified car,
for an excellent price. After a couple of chats
on the phone, additional photographs and a list
of minor flaws were emailed to set my
expectations. Delivery was effected in a pub car
park (where else), with an assurance that there
would be no problem if I wanted to invoke the
Internet buyer's cooling off clause. On delivery
I was thrilled with the condition of the car,
despite a 200 mile delivery drive, and, as for
the list of flaws, I honestly couldn't find most
of them. 3 months down the line, it is still by
far the best car I have ever bought, and the
best car buying experience I have had. It has
exceeded my expectation in drivability, and
although 95% of my driving is in town, I am
averaging around 50mpg. Post delivery service
has consisted of requesting a couple of
replacement parts, (a rear window winder which
fell apart during delivery, and a small piece
missing from the tool kit) and these have been
dealt with promptly. mI happily tell people
where I bought my car, and, when I'm ready for
my next Audi, I will definitely be buying it
from AudiDiesels.com.

Hi Dominic and Rick,
I've been meaning to check in with you over the
A4. I was impressed with it from the start, and
now I really love it! My intention when I
changed from the old 2litre petrol 80 was just
to get a newer Audi that was cheaper to run.
What I never expected was that it would be so
much more fun to drive! The feel of it is so
confidence-inspiring and relaxing too, and that
TDI oozes character and makes the car come alive
when you give it the slightest opportunity, all
for a solid 50mpg. Surprisingly similar, if a
little slower, to my Ducati ST4 motorbike!
The combination of the fabric sports seats and
the sports suspension is superb too, and the car
is really flickable around the Norfolk
back-roads, and even the bumps don't knock
tooth-fillings out. (Remember: fabric seats
good, leather seats bad for comfort) The degree
of sophistication in the rest of the car is an
eye-opener too. Big strides have been taken by
Audi between 1991 and 2001. Plus, of course, the
thing looks gorgeous, with quite the nicest
style of A4 alloy wheels and the low
ride-height.
Problems have been very few. There is still a
jizz from the gear-stick, and the clutch is a
tad juddery when making a brisk start: both
things I noted when I test-drove the car. Other
than that, the only failure has been the
drivers-side windscreen-wiper spindle
seizing-up. Your mechanics offer was tempting,
but I had a go myself and, though I couldn't get
the system off to strip it down, I got enough
lubricant into the spindle to make it work
perfectly again. I'll just need to check it once
in a while.
So, the bottom line is that I'm delighted with
the car and your excellent service. I'm really
pleased to have contacted specialists like you
(I recall you saying that the TDI/130/Sports are
your favourite) to get a decent example of a car
whose high mileage would never see it on a
franchised forecourt, and at an excellent price
too. I found you on the web, via Google, by the
way. I would not hesitate to recommend you to a
friend, though I might warn them about the
modest appearance of your establishment! Still,
glitz equals big bucks, and someone's gotta pay.
Finally, if this car is so much fun, I do wonder
what a 2.5TDI Quattro A4 Avant Sport would be
like.....

it down through France a couple of times loaded
down with ski gear
and "Bottles" on way back, both trips returned
50 mpg

Have now had the car 3 months and just like to say
what an
excellent buy the car was. Not one problem in 5000
miles of motoring. I am averaging 58 mpg, over 800
miles per tank, which I think is quite amazing and
the car is a pleasure to drive.
It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest, up
front company.
WYSIWYG, nothing hidden. I would definitely buy
from you again, I quite fancy the new A3 fastback.

Thank you for delivering that stunning A4 Tdi
sport so promptly. It was immediately mobbed
by a crowd of admirers wanting to examine it and
ride in it. Waving at friends I get that look
which says ' Who's that? No, it can't be!' so you
are to be congratulated on your valetting and
presentation. Several people have said that the
car looks new, which it does. Having had several
Audis now, a 100 2.2 SE, an 80 sport and an A4
Tdi, I know how good they are and this one is the
best I have had for certain, There are so many
features it will take me weeks to find out what
all the switches do. I am looking forward to a
holiday touring France, from the Alps to the
West coast visiting friends in the summer holiday.

I purchased the above car from you back in
November 2004 and I'm writing just to let you know
that I'm well pleased with it and it has exceeded
my expectations. It has 157,000 miles on it
now (8000 of which are mine) and the only thing I
have had to do is put a new light bulb in it. It
drives like a new car, is quick, comfortable, no
rattles or squeaks and very economical - 50 mpg
and over is well achievable.
On top of that I would like to thank you for all
your attention to detail before and during my
visit to you, considering how busy you were that
day. I have no problem recommending you and I wish

Dear Dominic,
just a sort note regarding the A6 Avant that I
took delivery of on 26th November. It was all I
thought it would be! As a previous Audi owner I
was sure I would not be disappointed with a newer
model, and that was definitely the case. Never
having owned a diesel car before, I was surprised
how powerful the 130bhp engine is. It is also very
economical, managing almost 600 miles from a tank
full. I would have no hesitation in recommending
you to any of my friends as the place to buy a
used Audi diesel. When the time comes for a
replacement (but that is likely to be some time!)
I will certainly look at your stock first before
going elsewhere!"

Hi Dom,
Just a (belated) line to thank you for the top
service and great vehicle that you sold to me
last year. The car (A6, 1.9TDi 130bhp) is just
approaching 125K miles and is loosening up
nicely :-) Last month I completed a 250 mile run
at an average speed of 78mph (oops) and over 53
MPG !! Astonishing!

As to the vehicle, I thought I was a bit of a pest by deciding before arrival what car I wanted and then proceeding to test drive a half dozen others before eventually purchasing a completely different car, a wonderful, exciting and very very clean A6 Quattro Diesel. I recently bought an A4 Avant S711RBJ from you. I just wanted to give some feedback on the vehicle now that I have had it for a few weeks. I have not been disappointed with the car. It was exactly as advertised and drives superbly. I have travelled around 1,200 miles in the last 3 weeks and over that time it has averaged around 55mpg which I find an amazing result since my previous petrol car was about 35mpg! The car is exceptionally quiet and has a very smooth ride along with no squeaks or rattles. Many friends have commented that they cannot believe the condition of the car in relation to the mileage and would have expected a car with nearly 140K miles to be in a very poor state. I was especially pleased with the hassle free service that you provided and the service and maintenance of the car that you carried out prior to me collecting the car.
I would happily recommend you to anyone considering an Audi diesel and will be back when I decide to replace my car with a newer model.

Hi,
Thought you might like to know the A6 Avant I bought from you last summer, has been great.
It's needed nothing in 10,000 miles other than servicing and new pads, just passed mot needing nothing, than an advisory about tiny amount rear wheel bearing play requiring adjustment.
I've been driving it economically since Xmas and the average fuel consumption is just over 45mpg, pretty good for a large auto estate. This is also variable roads, rush-hour traffic not just motorway, would probably be well over 50mpg with the 6 speed manual
Feel free to use any info in your feedback..I now live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire
I look at your stock from time to time, but I just can't get to grips with the new shape A6,
still looks odd to me...

I am happy with the car, it drives beautifully.
(The new air mass meter helps, it is smoother now, especially at high rev! The car does an extra 4 miles per gallon too!)
I would like to say that I did visit a few Audi dealers before coming to see you.And, if I did not like the car, I would never have pursued my search!
The fact is that I never felt welcome looking at second hand cars!
(I could actually name some that are particularly rude by under minding the young second hand buyer.)

I've now been driving my Audi A6 Estate for a couple of months and it has to be the nicest cars I've ever driven. We did a couple of long distance trips over Christmas visiting family and friends and it was
obvious from its handling that the car was built for the longer drive. The handling is superb, the 1.8TDI engine quiet yet forceful - overall a superlative car.
Its big enough to cope with the kids and their friends but just as good (and quieter!) when there's just the two of you.
Very many thanks to Audi Diesels for their friendly, attentive service and most importantly their attention to the detail.

We have recently purchased an A4 from you in September. The car drives as a new vehicle even though it has high mileage. Friends and neighbours have all remarked how clean the car is and several have already checked your website.
To anybody looking at this website I would highly recommend talking to Rick. His easy going and low pressure sales technique is a revelation from a car salesman. He was very honest and helpful with the questions that we asked and he allowed the car to sell itself.
The service when we collected the car was first rate even to the point that Rick drove us to the nearest Post Office to purchase a tax disc.
I would recommend Audi Diesels to anybody and fully intend to use them to purchase my next Audi within the next couple of years.

After spending months looking for a good quality Audi diesel, I found your site. I had been to various auctions and showrooms, only to find that the car I required was not there, or if it was there, it was £2,000 out of my price range.
I had looked at your site and realised that you had the car I wanted. I was very worried about buying over the internet so I didn't immediately pursue it.
It took me about a week to get the courage to ring audidiesel.com. I fully expected the hard sell over the phone, but it did not happen. In fact quite the opposite, very polite great advice and no pushing for the sale. I took Vic's advice and got the AA to do a full check on the vehicle, they told me that the car was in excellent condition and very good value for money. I rang Dominic and the vehicle was delivered to my house the next day.
I was shocked to see that the car was in as good condition as it was. It was better than a lot of the cars I had looked at elsewhere, which were over £2,000 dearer. I have had the vehicle for over a month now and can't fault it. It is the car I wanted for the money I wanted to pay.

I recently brought this A4 Avant from you and wanted to let you know my experience with the purchase.
As a high mileage driver I have lost a fair amount of money from rapidly depreciating new vehicles. Having a requirement for an economical automatic meant that the A4 diesel was a good choice. I was very surprised to buy the A4 straight away, given that it was 7 years old with 114000 on the clock, but was impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the preparation. I have had some minor issues that have needed to be dealt with and Rick has been extremely helpful in getting these resolved for me. I will of course be keeping in touch to keep my car serviced.

Just a short note to let you know how delighted we are with the above vehicle, which as you know we purchased approximately 3 months ago.
We did have 2 very small problems in the first week, both quickly resolved by yourselves (thanks again). Since then we have been to the south of France and back - and more journeys in the UK. We have done in excess of 3,000 miles very economically and apart from needing to clean the windscreen and view the OK on the display, we've had nothing to do!
We would be happy for you to use this as a recommendation if it's helpful. We'll be back in a year or two to look for our next Audi Diesel (auto!).

I bought this A4 Avant from you on 9/5/03. It was just as described on the website, it drove and felt like a new car, despite having 112,000 miles on the clock.
I must confess to having had some reservations about buying from a company which is internet based and has no premises, but my girlfriend and I liked the way you conducted yourselves so we went ahead.
As you know, after a week we were losing coolant quite significantly, so I phoned you as I understood the vehicle had a 3 month warranty. To be honest, I fully expected to be told the cooling system wasn't covered, or words to that effect!
However, you immediately arranged for the car to be seen by your mechanic, and loaned me a courtesy car for the 3 days. The water pump was replaced without any fuss, and my faith in your company proved well founded.
Good service so often goes unremarked, whereas we are all quick to complain when things go wrong.
So well done, Thank You for your professional approach and helpful attitude, I fully expect to buy our next car from you.

Just a little note for you to post regarding my recent purchase of an Audi A4 from Audidiesels.com. I have deliberately left this a while before posting to give the car a good "trial" - which having returned from an 800 mile run over the weekend - I think I am now qualified to comment. The car is much more than we really could have expected - mechanically sound, cosmetically perfect and an absolute dream - we are totally hooked on Audi's now. We got a very good price on our part exchange vehicle, the service was excellent, the staff informative and prompt at assisting with our initial enquiries. When the car was delivered - yes delivered - the gentleman was very professional and explained EVERYTHING and was very polite. We purchased an A6 2.5TDI Quattro Avant just before Christmas after exhausting the local Audi dealers and coming up blank (at least in our price range). Vic was very helpful, more so than a few of our local dealers! we travelled to Essex the next day to view a couple of options and two days later we collected our choice. The car was exactly as specified on the site and in great condition. We were a bit cautious at first as you hear enough horror stories about "used car dealers" never mind internet based ones, but we have just had the first service after putting 7,000 miles on it in four months and no problems at all. We would and have recommended Audidiesels.com to our friends and will be buying our next Audi from Vic he is a real pleasure to deal with, he even turned down the opportunity of making a bit of extra commission on an extended warranty package that we were thinking of getting!

I have had the A4 Avant 2.5 TDI for about 5 months now and it has been great, very quiet and very economical, Vic picked us up from the station and then I drove the car back, he even recommended and good pub for lunch over the road!!! The rib eye steak was great.

As the last of the tyre-kickers I went through agonies at the thought of buying a high-mileage car sight-unseen over the internet. I needn't have worried. Audidiesels supplied a car exactly as described in the advertisements, in superb condition, and gave me a very fair price for my old A6 Tdi.
When I asked for a towbar to be fitted, then lost the registration document for my old car, then had to postpone the delivery over a weekend, the response was always "No problem". They really are "can-do" people.
This was the most painless car-change I've ever experienced - it took less than a week (and could have been done in three days). I may never visit another car showroom!

Just a short note to say how pleased we are with the car which we bought from you, apart from the car performing extremely well, both in comfort and economy (on a trip to Newcastle this weekend it returned over 50mpg at good motorway speeds)
When I inspected the car it was also such a pleasure to find a car exactly as described, no dents, no smoke no tat just a car as described by you both on the website and in telephone calls.

contacted them by e-mail Thurs. evening They contacted me by e-mail on Saturday to say they had a 1999 2.5TDi SE Avant that I was looking for, went down Thursday afternoon and drove it home half an hour later! This is my third Avant and my second TDi and I wouldn't want anything else. Also I'm the neighbour of Mr Whiter of Norfolk (a previous customer) and would definitely use audidiesels.com again

Just a note to let you know that the car has been doing fine since I collected it early Jan. Fuel consumption averaging just below 50mpg, which isn't bad since it doesn't see many motorway miles.
